The typical American lifestyle is often very stress-filled and a common American meal plan is often full of empty calories.  Both situations may lead to the development of fatigue, poor sleep habits and generally feeling low in energy.  Focusing on “wellness” is a priority at the Annapolis Center for Restorative Medicine as we evaluate each individual and set up a plan based on laboratory results, physical examination and an extensive history of the person’s health.  Our goal is to “restore” balance through proper nutrition, nutritional supplements, and bioidentical hormones if needed, physical fitness planning, stress management techniques and more.
